Fiancé Visa (K-1 Visa)
If you are engaged to a foreign national and wish to bring them to the U.S., the K-1 Fiancé Visa allows them to enter the country and marry within 90 days. After marriage, they can apply for a green card.

- U.S. citizens engaged to a foreign national.
- Couples who have met at least once in the last two years (exceptions apply).
- Couples who can provide evidence of a genuine relationship and intent to marry.
Application Process
- File Form I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé).
- Once approved, the fiancé attends a visa interview at a U.S. consulate.
- Upon arrival in the U.S., the couple must marry within 90 days.
- After marriage, the foreign spouse applies for a green card through adjustment of status.
